About Us
The quartet are graduates of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Northern College of Music.
We have played at many prestigious venues such as Kensington Palace, Blenheim Palace, Hampton Court, the Tate Gallery, the Natural History Museum and top London hotels such as the Savoy, the Lanesborough and Claridges. We have also played on boats, in barns, and even on Blackpool pier.
Since its formation the quartet has given performances extensively around Britain and overseas including recitals for music societies, festivals and foyer events.
As individual freelance musicians we have extensive experience playing a variety of musical styles. We have worked with major orchestras such as the CBSO, the BBC Concert Orchestra, the Liverpool Philharmonic, the Birmingham Royal Ballet, D'Oyle Carte and West End shows such as "Les Miserables" and Dr Dolittle". In the pop world we have recorded with Kylie Minogue, The Spice Girls, Jools Holland, Russell Watson and many other artistes, appearing on MTV, Top of the Pops, GMTV, and the National Lottery.
